I can’t recommend Shannon enough. She truly went above and beyond for my husband and I. Shannon’s honesty really earned our trust while searching for a home. Some realtors will do anything for a sale including being dishonest, but I never had to worry about that with Shannon. Once we found our home Shannon was excellent about our contracts and wording the terms to protect us. She was always very responsive when I had any questions. During the buying process we needed quotes for a new roof and Shannon took care of it all with her favorite local contractors. She even remembered that I had mentioned always wanting a concrete goose for my front porch and she gifted one to us as a gift. I will absolutely use Shannon in the future and recommend her to all of my family and friends ever looking to buy or sell in the St. Louis area.

When my wife and I decided to move to St. Louis, we knew we wanted a midcentury house, so we did our research and found Shannon. I am so happy we did! Shannon and her partner/husband Keith know all of the municipalities and hidden gem neighborhoods. After each house we looked at, my wife and I would say what we liked and disliked about it and Shannon would take that into consideration for the next round of house hunting. As we looked at each house, Keith and I would discuss the little issues all older homes have and how to fix them. The Howard team's knowledge and expertise gave us the confidence to buy our first home while their dispositions made it feel like we've been friends for years. I would absolutely recommend the Howard team to anyone looking to buy a house.

We interviewed several realtors before choosing Shannon Howard and her MORE Real Estate team. She and her husband, Keith, demonstrated a practical approach to selling a home in our particular market.
Their years of experience helped guide us through the process of "de-cluttering", advice on minor fixes, and a timeline that accommodated our move prior to showings and all through final negotiations.
They know older homes, and what it takes to match a potential buyer to a vintage property. We definitely recommend Shannon and Keith Howard as a friendly, trustworthy, and proficient team to work with.
Thank you Shannon and Keith - You are the Best!

Working with Shannon and Keith was such a pleasure! We were in a tough market and had to move quickly. They were quick to respond when I asked to see homes, and gave me a lots of insight into potential improvements or things to look out for. Shannon's expertise really came out when we went under contract and were working through the inspection, negotiation, and repair phase. She stayed on top of the seller's agent to make sure all the items were asked to be improved were done and completed to code. Keith and Shannon made the home buying experience less scary. 5/5; would definitely recommend and use them again!

Shannon helped us through the very difficult and stressful sale of our old house, dealing with the buyers and the buyers' agent, both of whom were irrational and unreasonable. Shannon behaved professionally and was a huge advocate for us during the sale. We really couldn't have gotten through it without her! She also helped us find a new home, which was a much more pleasant experience. She took the time to understand our needs and wants and once we found the property, she worked tirelessly to guide us through to close. I just couldn't recommend her any more highly. If you need a great agent on your side, look no further!

I used Shannon as my realtor for both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new home. I could write pages on how incredibly talented and hardworking she is.
My new home was the culmination of a lifelong dream to be able to have my horses on my own property and maintain a reasonable commute to work. Trying to find that with a middle class budget was extremely challenging. Shannon was relentless in her pursuit of finding the perfect place for me; she even educated herself on the local equestrian trails.
In the end, we found an incredible diamond in the rough. The purchasing process was extremely drawn out (five months) due to forces beyond our control, and Shannon stuck by me the whole time. I was especially impressed with how she researched and helped with obtaining a FEMA Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) for the property, which was new territory for everyone including the sellers and their agent.
Due to an appraisal by the lending company, we even had to tear down an old shed on the property within three days of closing Shannon and her husband showed up with crow bars that day and got to work until we could find a junk hauler. Now THAT is dedication!
As for selling my condo, it was only on the market for one week, and I got more than my asking price. If you choose Shannon as your realtor, you will have one of the most knowledgeable, tenacious and kind people at your back 110% of the way. Did I mention she and her husband recently helped me stack 400 bales of hay in my new barn? She s the best!
